Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Speakka account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no recovery or undo.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account information — name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google.
• Your game progress — levels, scores, word history, and streak.
• Your language preferences.
• Your league membership and league scores.

Payment records (country and subscription ID only — no name, email, or card details) are retained where required for financial and tax records. They contain no information that personally identifies you.

Delete from the app or website

The fastest way is directly in Speakka, while signed in:

1. Open Speakka in the app or at speakka.com and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the ⚙ icon in the top navigation) and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm in the dialog that appears. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Cancel your subscription first

If you have an active Speakka Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account — deleting the account does not stop billing. Cancel a web subscription from your account settings, and an app subscription from the Google Play Store.

If you can't sign in

If you no longer have access to your account, email us from the address associated with it and we will delete your account and data on your behalf, within 30 days.
